All the passengers traveling outside from Pakistan are supposed to take a PCR test 96 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
- Infants and Children also have to undergo the PCR Test.
- PCR Tests done only at below mentioned certified labs will be valid.

- It is a must to show your passport and Emirates Flight booking at the test lab.
- All the test results will be delivered by the lab directly to the Emirates office at Karachi.
- PNRs and results of all those who are fit to travel will be updated by the Emirates Karachi Office.
- All the local contact details of the passengers in Pakistan must be true and updated in the booking. All the notifications regarding the requirement will be sent to passengers.
Residents returning to Dubai
- Passengers flying back to Dubai with valid Dubai residence Visa must carry return approval issued by GDRFA.
- To complete the application passengers can visit the website of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) before they book their flight.
- The application status can be checked on the GDRFA website. For all the approved applications, the passengers will be sent an email with a GDRFA reference number. In case of application not being processed immediately request, passengers can try once again after five days.
- A GDRFA Application Number would be required by passengers to complete flight booking.
- Passengers are must bring a copy of the email sent by GDRFA about approval to travel.
- All the travelers to Dubai, along with connecting flight passengers, are supposed to complete this health declaration form and submit it to the staff during check-in. The form will be provided at the check-in too.
- The quarantine undertaking form given to passengers on board must also be filled by those whose final destination is Dubai. This form is supposed to be submitted at the Dubai Health Authority staff upon arrival.
- A declaration must be made by passengers regarding their health insurance, else they will have to bear the treatment cost on their own if required.
