Dubai Safari: First Look At One Of Dubai’s Most Awaited Projects

The Dubai Safari Park was announced back in 2009 and has been in construction since then. But the wait is over now because the park has finally opened its gates for the media and selected guests today, 12th December 2017.

A long awaited project, Dubai Safari spreads over 119 hectares and is located in Al Warqa-5. It’ll be home to 5,000 animals by 2020 and is currently preparing to accommodate over 10,000 visitors in a day. Of its 119 hectares, 80 are dedicated for villages representing different regions of the world and 35 for the Open Safari Village.

The visitors of the Safari will be traveling across the park on electric vehicles and because its Dubai, you should expect a grand and wonderful experience from your visit.

An official date for a grand public opening hasn’t been announced yet, but we’ve got our fingers crossed that we’ll be able to visit the park soon.

The park will cost just Dh30 for visiting children, and Dh85 for adults. And for those who want to visit the villages, it’ll cost Dh20 for children and Dh50 for adults. Timings of the park are 9 am to 5 pm.
